After growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I spent four years in San Luis Obispo getting my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cal Poly State University. I went on to work for the Student Conservation Association leading youth trail crews and environmental education in urban areas and backcountry wilderness. I understand the stresses that can be placed on our bodies from an active lifestyle, and I also understand the frustration of injury and pain preventing you from doing the activities you love. I am committed to helping you discover what feeling healthy means to you, and I will take time to listen to your story. I have been a licensed bodyworker for over a decade and currently work in Business Operations for Squeeze Massage.
